Details define your decisions

Ultra-high resolution imaging and superior clarity promote efficient navigation from full-image overview to magnification of the smallest detail, allowing precise visualization within a particular area of interest.

Based on the internal high-resolution sensor and complete patient data, ZEISS VISUCAM allows a fast workflow for fundus exams so that captured images are immediately displayed on the monitor for fast assessment. Review is only a double-click away from capture.

FAF is an important non-invasive tool for the diagnosis and monitoring of Dry AMD, including geographic atrophy. In addition to AMD, FAF is useful for the following diseases:

  • Retinal detachment (but more important in periphery)
  • Inherited dystrophies (retinitis pigmentosa, Best and Stargardt disease)
  • Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR, CSR or CSC)
  • Vitelliform lesions
  • Acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR)
  • Laser scars after macular edema
  • Papillary drusen in papillary edema
