1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it ships, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you receive the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping. You can choose a full refund or an exchange.

3. Refund Process
